clouds make for an interesting sunrise
quiet as I walked the dunes walkway at 40th street toward the beach well before sunrise.. an invasion of tourons before 6am.. sun broke thru the low clouds in the hazy sky.. very little wind.. 78*.. and getting hotter this afternoon.. surf water was the usual uglee dingy brown

raindrops keep falling.. early
drizzling as I left the house on my drive over to the island.. after last nite’s heavy rains looks like more on the way today.. flowers are lovin’ it.. not much going on in the surf fishing wise the past few days.. by 9am skies were clearing..the forecast of an 80% chance of rain became 10% in the blink of an eye.. sunny day so far.. forecast for t-storms overnite..
a quiet early Sunday morning at the beach
on the west end at 40th street.. a couple of the regular dog walkers.. a few joggers.. and just a small number of walkers..everybody slept in..nice and quiet just like I like it..
